Unfortunately many embedded style sheet elements do not show up if you are viewing the page with NetScape. It just doesn't seem to like dealing with style sheets.
You can always just use "in-line" style information. That's what you've been doing all along in this course!!!
So, for your final project you can use CSS if you want --- or (my recommendation) go ahead and use in-line styles like you have been using. These in-line styles will show up in any browser.
